So, drink water as often as you can and you are on your way to good health. Apart from constant exercise, it is also vital that you rest from time to time to allow the body to replenish used energy. Its counterproductive for anyone to spend all day exercising. That will only do you more harm than good. A good amount of rest every so often is also as important as constant exercises.
